Helping local businesses
Businesses face many challenges during the corona virus pandemic. Thus, it is a good idea to support them, especially when it comes to small local entrepreneurs. For this reason, we have decided to join forces with the Paweł Włodkowic Foundation and on one November Monday we went shopping to a place run with a true passion: the “Pajda” Artisan Bakery in the Warsaw district of Targówek. The products bought at the bakery were donated to one of the children’s homes in Warsaw.

15 years in Praga-Południe
It''s been fifteen years since we moved our headquarters to the picturesque Warsaw district of Praga-Południe. To be more exact, after ten years of rapid growth, our old office at ul. Mokotowska 65 became too small to accommodate a dynamically-developing business. We managed to build the new premises at Serocka 3 in a year! A few years later, this office has also become to small for us... Now we have found ourselves another “spot” in the neighbouring Grochowska Street. And this is the best testimony to our 25-year evolution.

A new website: the blog of our CEO, Jan Kuchno This news will certainly electrify all history lovers: there is a new website dedicated to your favourite discipline. Subjectively and with verve Www.ztekiprezesa.pl is a weblog run by Jan Kuchno - the CEO of GPM “Vindexus”. -Those who know me are aware that if I didn’t feel the need to run a company, I would have become a historian and would have written a book on the history of our country, especially those events that are less-known or have been deliberately forgotten. History is without doubt my great passion. Hence the idea for the blog – says Jan Kuchno. - I am inspired by the history of Poland and of the world, but also by the private history of my ancestors. Can you imagine that the oldest photograph in my family album is 130 years old? I will certainly often post about my favourite historical period, i.e. the Middle Ages. I find the rule of the House of Piast, which was the only Polish dynasty descended from the indigenous Polish tribes, extremely interesting and fascinating. It is also veiled in mystery because there aren’t that many written sources documenting that period - says GPM “Vindexus” CEO. The name of the blog - www.ztekiprezesa.pl - is a reference to the famous “Teka Stańczyka” (or “Stańczyk''s Portfolio” in English), a series of political pamphlets published by Przegląd Polski in 1869. The first post that was published on 1 September 2019 focuses on the 80th anniversary of the German Third Reich''s invasion on Poland. New texts will appear on the blog more or less once a month. - The decision to support Damian Budzik and his “hacky sack” team came very naturally to us. We strive to help our employees not only to grow and to develop but also to excel in what they’re passionate about - says Artur Zdunek, a member of the GPM Vindexus’ Management Board. Mr Zdunek is talking about the support extended by our company to the sportsmen from the Warsaw Footbag Association. GPM Vindexus S.A. has acquired and accepted for management packages of debt from PKP S.A. The total value of both packages exceeds PLN 71 mln and concerns nearly 140 thousand debtors.

Vindexus has accepted for management a package of debt from Citi Bank Handlowy with the nominal value of PLN 125 mln. The debt will be managed on behalf of GPM Vindexus Non-Standardised Closed-End Securitisation Fund which purchased loan debt from Citi Bank Handlowy.

In a few days Giełda Praw Majątkowych “Vindexus” S.A. is launching its Initial Public Offering. As soon as next Friday (December 12th), the lead underwriter will start the book building process as part of which they will be inviting investors to submit bids for shares. The bids can be submitted from 18 to 22 December.
