Giełda Praw Majątkowych “Vindexus” S.A., a debt market company, has submitted its Prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The Company is expected to make its debut on the WSE in the first quarter of 2008. The IPO will be organised by IDMSA Brokerage House as the lead underwriter.
