In line with Article 14(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), we hereby inform that:
1. Giełda Praw Majątkowych “Vindexus” S.A. with its registered seat at Serocka 3 lok. B2, 04-333 Warszawa is the Controller of your personal data;
2. the Data Protection Officer designated by Giełda Praw Majątkowych “Vindexus” S.A. is available at the email address iodo@gpm-vindexus.pl;
3. the recipients of your personal data include providers of the following types of services: IT, accounting, banking, postal, private investigation, archiving and auditing services;
4 your personal data will be processed when the processing is necessary to pursue a claim, based on Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of GDPR;
5. the categories of personal data that will be processed include in particular your first name, last name, address, PESEL number;
6. your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to complete debt recovery proceedings, not longer than 5 years from the last activity on the data, however for a period not shorter than the period of the statute of limitations envisaged for a claim;
7. you have the right to access your data, to rectify and to erase them, to restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and to object to processing of personal data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of processing (based on consent before its withdrawal);
8. you have the right to lodge an appeal with a supervisory body if you believe that processing of your personal data violates provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

2. the Data Protection Officer designated by Giełda Praw Majątkowych “Vindexus” S.A. is available at the email address iodo@gpm-vindexus.pl;
3. your personal data is processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller   under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e.:
- to verify identity and to process your inquiries and requests by receiving and considering them,
- to exercise claims related to the conducted business activity,
- to ensure  safety of employees, to protect  property and reputation of the Data Controller,
- to assess the quality of the calls conducted by our employees by controlling if our activities are carried out   correctly,
- to defend legal claims, for which purpose your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve this purpose, however not longer than until such claims fall under statute of limitations;
4. at the same time we inform that:
- personal data is always freely given; it must, however, be provided if you want to talk with an employee of the Controller over the phone. You can withdraw your consent at any time,
- your  personal  data  will be stored  for  a period necessary to   protect information  in case it is necessary to demonstrate facts for legal purposes, or to exercise or defend claims, after which time they will be deleted,
- you have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify or to erase them, to data portability, as well as the right to restrict processing of your personal data and to object to such processing,
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
