On 7 April 2011, Giełda Praw Majątkowych „Vindexus” S.A. and the GPM Vindexus Non-Standardised Closed-End Securitisation Fund formed the Vindexus Group. On 11 September 2012, the Vindexus Property Rights Exchange Group acquired a new member - the subsidiary Future Non-Standardised Closed-End Securitisation Fund, while on 1 June 2017, the Group added another subsidiary, Alfa Non-Standardised Closed-End Securitisation Fund.

In connection with the amendments to the Act of May 27, 2004, on investment funds and the management of alternative investment funds introduced by the Act of August 16, 2023, amending certain acts in relation to ensuring the development of the financial market and the protection of investors in this market, according to which, from the date of entry into force of the amending act, the existing "non-standard securitization funds" (NSFIZ; Niestandaryzowany Sekurytyzacyjny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty) are required to use the term "non-standard debt funds" (NFIZW; Niestandaryzowany Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Wierzytelności) in their name, we indicate that there has been a change in the names of the funds managed by GPM "Vindexus" S.A.
