The Management Board of the WSE-listed company Giełda Praw Majątkowych Vindexus S.A. has decided to register its indebted customers with the National Debtors’ Register.

Debt collection companies can take advantage of this possibility as secondary creditors, following the passing of the Act on sharing and exchange of economic data which came into force on 14 June 2010. Under the current law, every creditor may enter their debtor into the Register after 30 days from sending the appropriate notice.
