Jan Piotr Kuchno - CEO, President of the Management Board

Graduate of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1999, he completed post-graduate studies in Financial and Management Accounting at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Mr. Kuchno has been working with GPM “Vindexus” S.A. since its beginnings. In the years 1995-2002 he was President of the Company’s Management Board and in the years 2003-2016 - Chairman of its Supervisory Board. In 2016 he was re-appointed President of the Management Board of GPM “Vindexus” S.A., a function, that he has been holding since that time. During his career, he has served as a member of management and supervisory bodies in several different companies. Currently, he is a member of the supervisory board of Mebis S.A., an investment fund corporation. He is passionate about history and runs a history blog www.ztekiprezesa.pl.

Artur Zdunek - Member of the Management Board

Graduate of the Faculty of Administration of the University of Warsaw. In 2010 he earned his MBA from Kozminski University and in 2017 completed a post-graduate course in Personnel Controlling. Mr. Zdunek started his career at GPM “Vindexus” S.A. in 1999 as a debt recovery specialist and for a few years was head of the debt recovery department. Since 2006 he has served as the Chief Managing Director and since 2019 - as a member of the Company's Management Board. Between 2010 and 2017 he was also CEO of Adimo Egze S.A.

Andrzej Jankowski - Member of the Management Board

Graduate of the Departments of the Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry of the University of Toronto. In 1997 he received his Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics. In 2003 Mr. Jankowski earned his PhD in Biochemistry. He is a co-founder of a biotechnology start-up, co-author of R&D grant applications, and an experienced project and process manager. In his work, he follows the PMI methodology and has experience leading remote teams. He started working with the GPM Vindexus Group in 2015, where initially he served as a business analyst. Between 2016-2022 he was Head of the Department of Corporate Supervision. Since 2022 he has been Deputy Director for Corporate Supervision at the Financial Department. In the years 2015-2022, he served as a Member of the Management Board.

Piotr Kuchno – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A legal counsel. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He completed his training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. In 2011 he passed his examination and was officially listed as a legal counsel by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. He has served on the Supervisory Board of GPM “Vindexus” S.A. since 2006. In September 2011 he became a member of the management board of Mebis S.A., an investment fund corporation and still holds that function.

Julia Kuchno – Secretary of the Supervisory Board

She earned degrees in Finance, Quantitative Research in Economics and Information Systems from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Currently Ms Kuchno is completing her PhD studies in Economics and Finance at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She specialises in valuation of non-public assets and has experience in analytical research and econometrics.

Sławomir Trojanowski – Member of the Supervisory Board

A legal counsel. Mr Trojanowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. After completing his training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Olsztyn, he successfully passed the final exams. In the years 2000-2002 he was a lecturer at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Since 2006 he has been owner of TOGATUS Sławomir Trojanowski, a private and commercial law firm.

Ryszard Jankowski – Member of the Supervisory Board

In 1968 he received his M.Sc. from the Faculty of Dairy and Food Technology of the Olsztyn School of Agriculture. In 1980 he earned a PhD degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. Mr Jankowski has an extensive experience in managing both domestic companies and businesses with foreign ownership, especially in managing human and material resources and in the application of innovative solutions.

Daniel Dębecki – Member of the Supervisory Board

A legal counsel. In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, earning a degree in Law and Administration. In 2004 he completed his training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw and was licensed to practice. For 8 years he was a trustee in bankruptcy, serving both as a court-appointed administrator and receiver. Since 2013 he has been a member of the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.

Piotr Zięba – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Zięba holds an engineering degree in Agriculture from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and is a student of a post-graduate course in Business Management at the School of Social Sciences in Lublin.

Travis Currit - Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduate of the History Department at the University of Washington, majoring in Central and Eastern European History, and an MBA from Collegium Humanum at the Warsaw School of Management. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board at Mebis TFI S.A. and a Member of the Supervisory Board at FIZ-BUD sp. z o.o.

Zbigniew Sadecki – Member of the Supervisory Board

Absolwent Wydziału Matematyki i Mechaniki Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego na kierunku Informatyka oraz studiów podyplomowych Pieniądz i Bankowość na Wydziale Nauk Ekonomicznych Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Ukończył zorganizowany przez Stowarzyszenie Syndyków Polskich Zarząd Główny w Krakowie Kurs Syndyków, Nadzorców Sądowych i Zarządców. Przez wiele lat piastował stanowiska dyrektorskie w Powszechnej Kasie Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. W latach 2010-2022 Prezes Zarządu Mebis Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
