Jan Piotr Kuchno - President of the Management Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology, in 1999 he completed post-graduate studies in Financial and Management Accounting at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Mr. Kuchno has been working with GPM “Vindexus” S.A. since the beginning of its existence.

From 1995 to 2002, he served as President of the Management Board.
From 2003 to 2016, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Since 2016, he has been President of the Management Board of GPM “Vindexus” S.A. again.
Since 2024, he has been serving as General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of GPM “Vindexus” S.A.

During his professional career, he has served as a member of management and supervisory bodies in several companies.

From 2013 to 2022, he was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Mebis Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

He is passionate about history and pursues it by running the blog www.ztekiprezesa.pl.

Artur Zdunek - Member of the Management Board

A graduate of Administration at the University of Warsaw. In 2010, he completed an MBA at the Kozminski University, and in 2017, post-graduate studies in Personnel Controlling. He has been associated with GPM "Vindexus" S.A. since 1999. He began his career as a specialist in the debt collection department and was the head of this department for several years.

From 2006 to 2023, he was the Chief Managing Director.
Since 2019, he has been a member of the company's Management Board.
From 2010 to 2017, he served as President of the Management Board of Adimo Egze S.A.
Since 2024, he has been the Deputy General Manager for Operations at GPM "Vindexus" S.A.

Andrzej Jankowski - Member of the Management Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Molecular Genetics and the Faculty of Biochemistry at the University of Toronto. In 1997, he completed his undergraduate studies with a specialization in Molecular Biology and Genetics. In 2003, he earned his PhD in Biochemistry. He is a co-founder of a biotechnology start-up, co-author of research and development grant applications, an experienced project and process manager using PMP Institute methodologies, and has experience managing remote teams. He has been associated with the GPM Vindexus group since 2015, initially as a business analyst.

From 2016 to 2022, he held the position of Head of the Shareholder Supervision Office.
From 2015 to 2022, he was a member of the Supervisory Board.
From 2022 to 2023, he was Deputy Director for Shareholder Supervision in the Financial Department.
Since 2024, he has been Deputy General Manager for IT, Digitalization, and New Technologies.

Piotr Kuchno – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A legal counsel. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He completed his training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. In 2011 he passed his examination and was officially listed as a legal counsel by the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw. He has served on the Supervisory Board of GPM “Vindexus” S.A. since 2006. In September 2011 he became a member of the management board of Mebis S.A., an investment fund corporation and still holds that function.

Julia Kuchno – Secretary of the Supervisory Board

She earned degrees in Finance, Quantitative Research in Economics and Information Systems from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Currently Ms Kuchno is completing her PhD studies in Economics and Finance at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She specialises in valuation of non-public assets and has experience in analytical research and econometrics.

Sławomir Trojanowski – Member of the Supervisory Board

A legal counsel. Mr Trojanowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. After completing his training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Olsztyn, he successfully passed the final exams. In the years 2000-2002 he was a lecturer at the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Since 2006 he has been owner of TOGATUS Sławomir Trojanowski, a private and commercial law firm.

Ryszard Jankowski – Member of the Supervisory Board

In 1968 he received his M.Sc. from the Faculty of Dairy and Food Technology of the Olsztyn School of Agriculture. In 1980 he earned a PhD degree in Agricultural Sciences from the University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. Mr Jankowski has an extensive experience in managing both domestic companies and businesses with foreign ownership, especially in managing human and material resources and in the application of innovative solutions.

Daniel Dębecki – Member of the Supervisory Board

A legal counsel. In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, earning a degree in Law and Administration. In 2004 he completed his training as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw and was licensed to practice. For 8 years he was a trustee in bankruptcy, serving both as a court-appointed administrator and receiver. Since 2013 he has been a member of the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Warsaw.

Piotr Zięba – Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr Zięba holds an engineering degree in Agriculture from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin and is a student of a post-graduate course in Business Management at the School of Social Sciences in Lublin.

Travis Currit - Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduate of the History Department at the University of Washington, majoring in Central and Eastern European History, and an MBA from Collegium Humanum at the Warsaw School of Management. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board at Mebis TFI S.A. and a Member of the Supervisory Board at FIZ-BUD sp. z o.o.

Zbigniew Sadecki – Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw, specialising in Computer Science, as well as postgraduate studies in Money and Banking at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. He completed the Receiver, Court Supervisor, and Administrator Course organised by the Main Board of the Association of Polish Receivers in Kraków. He held various directorial positions at Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. for many years. From 2010 to 2022, he served as the President of the Management Board at Mebis Investment Fund Company S.A.
