Securitization
We have been dealing with securitization since 2007. Currently, we manage three non-standardized securitization funds differing in the scope of their activities. In January 2011, the Property Rights Exchange "Vindexus" S.A. obtained a permit from the Financial Supervision Authority to manage securitized receivables (Article 192 of the Investment Funds Act) and can now manage receivables of various securitization funds.
