Christmas Eve meeting with all-time highest attendance
Almost 150 people took place in the Christmas Eve meeting held by GPM “Vindexus” on 19 December 2018 at the Best Western Hotel Felix in Warsaw. The guests included the Company''s employees, members of the Supervisory Board, clients, business partners and friends. The guests were welcomed by Jan Kuchno – the Company’s CEO, Piotr Kuchno – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Artur Zdunek – Member of the Management Board.
- This past year has been difficult for us and for the entire debt collection sector – said Artur Zdunek, Member of the Management Board, in his brief summary. - We faced challenges that required complete dedication and involvement. And we did it! Let me quote a few specific figures. First of all, in the first three quarters of the year we earned less than PLN 64 mln in revenue. Now the figure stands at over PLN 70 mln. This means a 10% growth. Secondly, the purchase of new debt. By the end of October we bought 106 thousand of debts with the nominal value of nearly PLN 600 mln. For comparison, the quantity purchased last year was five times lower, while the nominal value - was 50% less. I don’t think there is any doubt that for our company the acquisition of new debt bodes well for the future. This room proves that we are continuously growing - last year there were 86 of us. Currently, the Company has 110 employees. This means more than a 20% growth. Of course, the big team is a big challenge for us that''s why we are opening new premises and offices. We also pay a lot of attention to work efficiency, for this reason we have designated special workgroups. For example, one of them has created the Company''s new website. There are many things happening around us as well - this year we have started a loan company project, we've also been working on a model for the new door step recovery system. Moreover, we are getting closer to opening a company providing factoring and lease services. In short, now at the end of the year, I can safely say that this has been a very successful time for our Company. And we’ve laid the foundations to make 2020 an even better year - concluded Artur Zdunek.
