3.    the recipients of your personal data include providers of the following types of services: IT, accounting, banking, postal, private investigation, archiving and auditing services;
4.    Your personal data are processed by the Data Controller for the purposes of identifying the payments made via Przelewy24.
5.    the categories of personal data that will be processed include in particular your first name, last name, address, telephone number, email and the case number;
6.    your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to complete debt recovery proceedings, not longer than 5 years from the last activity on the data, however for a period not shorter than the period of the statute of limitations envisaged for a claim;
7.    you have the right to access your data, to rectify and to erase them, to restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and to object to processing of personal data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of processing (based on consent before its withdrawal);
8.    you have the right to lodge an appeal with a supervisory body if you believe that processing of your personal data violates provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
